We are seeking a Purchasing Manager to oversee and manage all purchasing and logistics operations for our company. This is a 100% remote position. What you will do: Lead price negotiations and cost engineering initiatives to optimize margins. Oversee and maintain day-to-day purchasing operations. Analyze margins and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business targets. Negotiate and align delivery schedules to meet customer and factory requirements. Manage the procurement calendar, including final inspections and key milestones. Coordinate and oversee the end-to-end logistics process. Manage and maintain accurate packaging specifications and information. Set up and maintain styles in the system to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.

We are seeking a hands-on Restaurant Manager to help lead day-to-day operations, maintain structure across teams, and support inventory and vendor management across both FOH and BOH. Position Summary The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations and front-of-house execution while partnering closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure consistency across service, labor, inventory, and the overall guest experience. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented operator who is comfortable managing inventory and vendor relationships, driving cost control, and leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, Asian or Asian-inspired restaurant environment.
