About the Role We’re looking for a Lead Instructional Designer to architect, elevate, and scale the learning systems that power agent performance across SERHANT. In this role, you will turn the best of SERHANT., including our playbooks, practices, scripts, frameworks, and field-proven tactics, into world-class learning experiences that drive measurable lifts in skill, confidence, productivity, and production. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for a builder. You’ll develop new curriculum, refine existing programs, and create a unified learning ecosystem that supports every stage of the agent journey, from onboarding to skill mastery to top-producer growth. You’ll collaborate directly with agents and teams in the field, SERHANT. leadership, and subject-matter experts across the company. You’ll also partner with Sell It to transform agent-tested insights into scalable assets that support both brokerage talent and the broader real estate community. Your work will help every SERHANT. agent operate with clarity, confidence, and consistency and will cement SERHANT. as the most effective training and performance brand in the industry. Responsibilities Learning Architecture & Curriculum Design • Architect a scalable, structured learning framework that supports the entire agent lifecycle, progressing from onboarding to ramp, production, and mastery., • Translate SERHANT.’s proven strategies and the “60/20/20” foundational/seasonal/real-time model into curriculum pathways that deliver clear progression., • Lead the creation of actionable, high-clarity learning assets across formats: course modules, live workshops, interactive activities, toolkits, playbooks, and short-form content., • Convert field insights, high-performer tactics, and leadership guidance into instructionally sound training that agents can use immediately., • Bring the SERHANT. voice, energy, and ambition into every learning touchpoint — turning training into a motivating, confidence-building experience., • Ensure instructional products align with SERHANT.’s standards: innovation, clarity, simplicity, proof, and unmatched production value., • Serve as a strategic partner to Brokerage Leadership, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Community to ensure curriculum supports agent growth strategies., • Build strong relationships with agents, team leads, and brokers to gather real-time insights and identify the skills that most impact performance., • Leverage behavioral data, agent performance metrics, and AI-driven personalization to deliver the right content at the right time., • Pilot new instructional formats to increase adoption and engagement: short-form, interactive, gamified, coaching-driven, and community-led. Qualifications • 10+ years building content, learning, and strategic initiatives in a growth or sales business, • Experience scaling content strategy that drives user adoption and engagement in a real estate brokerage context., • Data-driven skill set with comfort using analytics to inform content decisions, • Strong cross-functional influencing skills to build creative, marketing, and data partnerships., • Deep understanding of performance-driven storytelling and instructional design., • Excellent communicator with the ability to translate strategy into clear direction, • Experience operationalizing content systems or learning ecosystems that drive measurable outcomes., • Real estate or adjacent industry experience is highly valued, not required Skills • A systems thinker who can connect content to growth, not just output, • Equal parts strategist, storyteller, and builder, • Energized by fast-moving environments and mission-driven teams, • Obsessed with results, measured by engagement, retention, and brand impact, • Inspired by the opportunity to turn Sell It into the most influential learning brand in real estate
