We are seeking a dedicated Grillman to join our team at Red's Hotdog Stand. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of items on the grill, ensuring high-quality food standards and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
- Operating and maintaining grill equipment.
- Preparing hotdogs, burgers, and other grilled items according to recipes and customer specifications.
- Ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met.
- Managing inventory and stock rotation for grill ingredients.
- Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
We are looking for someone with a passion for food, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
