We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Hairdresser Assistant to join our team. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about the beauty industry, eager to learn, and contribute to a professional salon environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting senior hairdressers with various tasks, including shampooing, conditioning, and preparing clients for services.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the salon, including workstations, tools, and common areas.
- Managing inventory and ensuring supplies are readily available.
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a pleasant experience for all clients.
- Learning and assisting with basic wig care, styling, curling,blowing and maintenance
Qualifications:
- Strong passion for hairdressing and the beauty industry.
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive attitude and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in a salon setting is a plus, but not required.
