Responsibilities
- Receive and accept work orders efficiently.
- Ensure punctuality to all scheduled appointments
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the timely completion of projects
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including detailed information and photos
- Identify and address maintenance issues promptly
- Perform general maintenance tasks on residential properties, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs
Requirements
- Positive attitude
- Basic tools (hammer, impact, screwdrivers, pliers)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential maintenance
- Clean driving record
- Self-motivated
