What We Need: This role is a hands-on, highly dynamic facilities position responsible for keeping multiple NYC locations safe, functional, and welcoming. The Facilities and Maintenance Coordinator supports day‑to‑day building operations by performing a wide range of basic maintenance tasks—including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and general repairs—and by ensuring all building systems and commercial kitchen equipment remain in good working order. The position also plays a key role in preventive maintenance, routine inspections, and overall facility cleanliness.
