Job Description Dynamic Server Support is a senior position that performs tasks related to the repair of a variety of client products. Performs basic, moderately complex, and complex troubleshooting activities for desktops, laptops, Desk Side Support, ESF, and Servers. Interacts directly with clients to address technical issues and respond to them timely and accurately. Responsibilities • Provide customer support for designated equipment, • Answer client questions in a professional manner, • Accept and deliver all service calls assigned within the established service level agreement for each client, • Meet established customer service satisfaction criteria as outlined in established guidelines and policies, • Complete all administrative tasks associated with each call as documented in established policies and guidelines, • Complete real-time reporting of all calls as documented in established policies and guidelines, • Follow various established policies, guidelines, and documents relating to the successful delivery of service for each client, • Ensure control of assets and inventory through prompt turnaround of parts and equipment as required by client service agreements, • Report all activity in an accurate and timely manner, • Understand all Safety policies and guidelines and work within the guidelines of policies daily, • Additional requirements may exist if offer of employment is extended, • Other duties may be assigned to meet business needsQualifications Education and Experience: • Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent and 0-2 years of relevant experience, • Previous customer service experience is a plus Certifications and/or Qualifications: • Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management, • Knowledge of relevant software and hardware, • Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance Skills: • Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients, • Ability to drive to client locations, • Ability to drive long distances, and occasional overnight assignments within other geographies, • Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs., • Must own a basic repair tool kit Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.

RESPONSIBILITIES • Be able to travel between multiple Food Pantry sites to assist with distribution., • Provide general outreach and promotion for program (outdoor and indoor), • Provide office support including: clerical, filing, faxing, scanning, typing, photocopying and sorting mail, • Answer telephones and offer other office support, when necessary, • Report to, and meet with, supervisor on a weekly basis or as determined, • Perform additional duties as assigned Program Specific Responsibilities • Support strategies for community outreach and recruitment, • Become knowledgeable of every component and service offered by the CMCC Food Pantry, • Provide assistance with all Food Pantry activities, such as, lifting boxes, sorting food, assisting with inventory management, and crowd control, • Complete data entry for Food Pantry clients, • Greet clients and schedule appointments for them to receive services, • Create and distribute informational materials and fliers in targeted (and other) communities in the Bronx to promote services, events, and other special functions, • Refer clients to an appropriate program for enrollment services, • Perform data entry work, • Perform other duties as necessary QUALIFICATIONS • High school diploma or equivalent, • Proficiency in modern business communications including personal computers, laptops, cell phones, tablets, iPad, electronic mail, voicemail, facsimile and copier equipment, • Proficiency in English required; proficiency in Bengali, Spanish or French is preferred, • Driver’s License preferred PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS • Ability to use a computer for prolonged periods., • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds., • Ability to stand, walk, or sit for long periods of time, or climb five flights of stairs, if required to conduct home visits and/or fieldwork., • Ability to bend and retrieve objects and/or documents., • Ability to travel in the boroughs of New York City and its adjacent counties via public transportation., • Ability to travel for a minimum of 1 mile within a reasonable amount of time and in all types of weather, including inclement weather, if required to conduct home visits and/or field work.
