Responsibilities • Provide excellent customer service as a counter service attendant, cashier, and barista, • Maintain the cleanliness of the cafe throughout the shift, • Restock food and beverage items as directed by management, • Perform opening and closing procedures, • 1 to 2 years of hospitality experience in a customer-facing position, • 1 year barista experience, • Passion for food, beverage and hospitality, • Strong verbal communication skills, including the ability to describe menu items, • Anticipates guest needs and derives satisfaction from providing excellent customer service, • Professional demeanor and polished appearance with a warm and welcoming personality, • Experience with restaurant POS systems, cash, and credit card handling is a plus, • Strong work ethic, well organized, focused, attentive to detail, with a sense of urgency, • Dependable and punctual, • Enthusiastic, team player with a positive attitude, • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs, reach, bend, and stand throughout an 8-hour shift Hourly Rate: $23.00 Benefits: PTO, 401K, Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, Transit, and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) Great Performances is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
