Our Line Cooks are responsible for providing the Gordon Ramsay standard of remarkable experiences and exceptional hospitality to our guests. The Line Cook is responsible for menu recipe execution and proper plate presentation for immediate service to restaurant guests. The Line Cook ensures the correct preparation of all menu dishes in accordance with guest requests, portion control, temperature guidelines, and company time standards. They're also responsible for all aspects of their cooking station including set up, prep, stocking, cleanliness, organization, sanitation, break down and storage. Our Porters are responsible for providing the Gordon Ramsay standard of remarkable experiences and exceptional hospitality to our guests. The Porter is responsible for trash removal from the kitchen as well as operation of the dishwashing machine. This role also assists in heavy cleaning duties including cleaning and sanitation of the kitchen, equipment, small wares, pots/pans, and other special cleaning projects as assigned. This position may also require some food preparation.
