HR Manager - USA Cargo LLC - Paterson

USA Cargo LLC is seeking a motivated and reliable Safety Manager / HR Specialist to join our team.
This position combines DOT/FMCSA safety compliance with driver hiring and HR responsibilities.
We are open to candidates with basic experience in trucking operations or safety who are willing to learn and grow.
Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Russian (required)
• Basic understanding of DOT and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration regulations
• Familiar with trucking operations (dispatch, safety, or admin experience is a plus)
• Strong communication skills (drivers, staff, and management)
• Organized and able to multitask
• Willing to learn and take responsibility
• Responsibilities:
• Assist with DOT/FMCSA compliance and safety procedures
• Monitor safety scores, and violations
• Communicate with drivers regarding safety and daily issues
• Manage hiring process
• Handle onboarding and HR documentation
• Maintain safety records and assist with audits
