Ensure compliance with safety protocols related to ammonia refrigeration systems and other hazardous materials handling procedures. Operate a driver vehicle safely for transporting tools, parts, or equipment between job sites as needed. Qualifications Proven experience as a service technician specializing in HVAC systems; construction background is highly desirable. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in equipment repair including refrigeration, boilers, plumbing, and appliance servicing. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and HVAC design documents accurately. Familiarity with HVAC/R systems including ammonia refrigeration; knowledge of electrical testing tools such as ohmmeters is essential. Skilled in welding techniques and mechanical repairs involving various materials. Experience working in property maintenance or field service environments; excellent problem-solving skills are a must. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating driver vehicles preferred.
