To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: • 5-8 years of relevant experience, preferably in sourcing, third party governance, resiliency, controls, operations, banking, or a related field., • Exposure to financial services or digital assets/blockchain is a plus but not required., • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess processes and identify improvement opportunities., • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly to a variety of stakeholders., • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities., • Experience working in cross-functional teams, including interaction with product, operations, and risk/control partners., • Familiarity with policies, procedures, or control documentation is a plus.
