Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair complete HVAC systems.
- Perform equipment repairs and general property maintenance tasks.
- Interpret schematics to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Provide field service support as needed.
- Utilize van for transportation to service locations.
- Conduct appliance repair as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HVAC/R system maintenance.
- Proficiency in equipment repair and property maintenance.
- Knowledge of air conditioning systems.
- Ability to interpret schematics for troubleshooting.
- Field service experience.
- Valid driver's license for van driving requirements.
