We are currently seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trusted Executive Assistant to support the Vice President of Supply Chain & Logistics while also overseeing facilities coordination for our Pittsburgh headquarters. This individual will operate as a strategic partner, ensuring the VP can operate at full capacity while maintaining a high-performing, well-run workplace environment. This role blends executive support, operational coordination, and facilities oversight, requiring strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
