Duties and Responsibilities: Data Analytics and Reporting Compliance • Ensure data integrity and secure access across HR systems through regular audits and validation processes., • Coordinate the creation and distribution of scheduled reports and maintain distribution lists with a clear understanding of the confidential nature of HR and payroll data and the restrictions on sharing and dissemination of that information., • Maintain awareness of labor laws and HR trends to ensure compliance and develop best practices. Identify and address process gaps to achieve HR excellence., • Implement and interpret HR policies and programs; ensure compliance with employment laws., • Support Open Enrollment, Retirement Plans, HRIS Updates, Performance Management Program, Year-End Reporting, and Reconciliation, • Track and report on key HR metrics and trends.
