This opportunity is built for experienced commission sales professionals coming from solar, auto, insurance, or other performance-based roles who want a better payout for the same core skill set. We are hiring for our Midtown office, located walking distance from Grand Central and Metro-North, and we’re looking for driven, personable people who want to earn based on performance in a professional, high-energy office.


After training, your role is straightforward. You speak with business owners, identify the need, generate funding applications, and hand the file to our closers to move the deal across the finish line. What You’ll Do As a Junior Account Representative,

  • speak with small business owners
  • generate opportunities and applications
  • build trust and rapport
  • learn how to identify client needs
  • follow up and keep deals moving

Compensation
In 2025, our Midtown office paid out over $20,000,000 in commissions across a team of roughly 50–60 agents. This is a 100% commission role. No base salary and No cap on your earnings.


Typical performance:

  • First month: around $3,500
  • Within 60 days: $6,000–$8,000+ per month for consistent performers
  • 1st Year OTE: $150,000–$250,000
