We are a professional outfit, and need someone who can immediately jump in, keep pace with our core team, and knows how to safely handle landscaping equipment. What You Will Be Doing: • Operating commercial lawn maintenance equipment (mowers, string trimmers, and backpack blowers)., • Loading and unloading equipment, yard waste, and materials from trucks and trailers., • Following directions closely from the foreman to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard. Requirements (Please read before accepting): • Experience is required: You must have previous experience working in landscaping or grounds maintenance., • Physical stamina: Must be able to repeatedly lift 50+ lbs, bend, stoop, and stand for a 10-hour shift in changing weather conditions., • Punctuality: The trucks roll out early. If you are not at the yard at 7:00 AM, you will be sent home., • Safety first: Must be able to follow all safety protocols around heavy equipment and moving vehicles. What to Wear/Bring: • Sturdy work boots., • Durable work pants (no shorts or sweatpants)., • Bring your own work gloves, water bottle, and a packed lunch.
