Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality espresso-based drinks and specialty beverages
- Dial in espresso and maintain coffee quality throughout the day
- Train and mentor baristas
- Ensure consistency in drink preparation and customer service
- Help develop efficient workflow and café standards
- Assist with inventory management and daily operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience required
- Experience dialing in espresso and milk steaming
- Strong knowledge of espresso extraction and workflow
- Friendly, dependable, and able to lead by example
- Supervisory or leadership experience is a plus
