Responsibilities • Prepare high-quality espresso-based drinks and specialty beverages, • Dial in espresso and maintain coffee quality throughout the day, • Train and mentor baristas, • Ensure consistency in drink preparation and customer service, • Help develop efficient workflow and café standards, • Assist with inventory management and daily operations, • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café Qualifications • Previous barista experience required, • Experience dialing in espresso and milk steaming, • Strong knowledge of espresso extraction and workflow, • Friendly, dependable, and able to lead by example, • Supervisory or leadership experience is a plus What We Offer • Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) + tips, • Flexible scheduling, • Opportunity to help shape a growing café, • Supportive team environment, • Career growth opportunities If you’re passionate about coffee and enjoy leading a team, we’d love to hear from you!
