Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of facial and body treatments, including custom facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and extractions.
- Conduct thorough skin analyses and consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate services and home care regimens.
- Provide professional hair removal services such as waxing and threading.
- Maintain a clean, sterile, and organized treatment room in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Educate clients on skincare products and techniques to help them achieve and maintain healthy skin.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and personalized service.
- Stay current with industry trends, new products, and treatment advancements through continuous learning.
Qualifications:
- Possess a valid Esthetician license.
- Proven experience in a spa or salon environment is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of skin biology, product ingredients, and various treatment modalities.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Professional demeanor and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
