We are seeking a vigilant and responsible individual to join our team as a Lifeguard. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety and well-being of all patrons at our aquatic facility.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise swimmers and pool areas to prevent accidents and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, including performing rescues and administering first aid, CPR, and AED when necessary.
Enforce all pool rules and policies consistently and fairly.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized pool deck and surrounding areas.
Complete routine checks of safety equipment and report any issues.
Document incidents and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications:
Valid Lifeguard certification from a recognized organization (e.g., Red Cross, YMCA).
Current First Aid and CPR/AED certifications.
Strong swimming abilities and excellent physical fitness.
Exceptional observational skills and the ability to remain focused for extended periods.
Effective communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with patrons and colleagues.
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and make quick decisions.
