Operate Equipment:- Use espresso machines, grinders, and brewing tools correctly and safely. Troubleshoot minor equipment issues when needed. Manage Inventory:- Restock cups, syrups, milk, and other ingredients as needed. Inform management when supplies are low. Cash Handling:- Handle transactions accurately using the register or POS system. Process payments and give correct change or receipts. Team Collaboration:- Communicate with coworkers to keep service flowing smoothly. Support other staff during busy hours (like helping with dishes or tables if needed). Stay Knowledgeable:- Stay updated on seasonal drinks, menu changes, and promotions. Learn about different coffee beans, brewing methods, and café culture
