Proven culinary experience in Chinese cuisine with a strong background in dining environments. Extensive supervising experience within busy restaurant or catering settings. Familiarity with banquet operations, event catering, and large-scale food preparation. Experience in inventory management, cost control, and food safety practices within the food industry. Previous restaurant kitchen management experience is preferred. REQUIREMENTS: MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AS HEAD CHEF.
