Birria LES Astoria, specializing in authentic Mexican cuisine including traditional Birria, is seeking highly motivated and customer-focused Cashiers to join our team. We currently operate two locations and offer both full-time and part-time positions. As a Cashier, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, playing a crucial role in providing an excellent dining experience. Key Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a polite and presentable demeanor., • Efficiently take customer orders both in person and over the phone., • Organize and accurately pack multiple delivery orders in a fast-paced environment., • Ensure orders are sent out promptly and correctly., • Utilize POS systems for transactions and order management., • Communicate gracefully and efficiently with guests and co-workers., • Maintain consistent service standards and complete daily side-work and set-up tasks. BirriaLES is a Mexican cuisine and Birria is a dish from the state of Jalisco. The dish is a spicy stew, traditionally made from goat meat or mutton, but occasionally from beef or chicken.
