Honzen, a Japanese Eatery with focus on Honzen Ryori / Ichiju Sansai style dining.


Honzen Ryori is one of the oldest style of dining originated in the 13th Century, Japan. It focuses on premium ingredients, simple flavor and health conscious meals, one of the first in NYC.


We are looking for Kitchen Cooks and also assist with dish duties to join our team to bring something truly different and unique to New York.


Potential applicants requirements:


Can work immediately!
Knowledge of Fish / Meat Butchery
Legal to work
Hardworking and willingness to learn
A great personality and teamwork
Able to able to work on feet 8-10 hours a day
Fluent in English
Past experience in Japanese restaurants is preferred
