We are an established Italian restaurant on the UWS, serving Italian classics and brunch since 1983. this position is a full time position. 5 dinner shifts 3pm-11pm. We have 3 stations, pasta, sauté and pizza. the candidate should have well rounded experience, grilling/cooking steaks, fish, making parmegians, and all other classic meat and fish dishes.
