Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Litigation Paralegal. The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as preparing legal documents, reviewing documents, conducting legal research, and assisting with pleadings and motions and efiling. The role involves working closely with attorneys to support case management and ensure timely and accurate completion of legal tasks.
Qualifications
Skills in Legal Document Preparation, Pleadings, and Motions
Efiling
Experience in Document Review and Legal Research
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience with litigation support software is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or related field
Paralegal certification is preferred; not required
