Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement: Identify and engage with potential clients through various channels, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions. Sales: Drive sales of Allstate insurance products, including auto, home, and life insurance, meeting and exceeding sales targets. Customer Service: Offer exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, processing policy changes, and ensuring client satisfaction. Compliance: Ensure all sales activities are compliant with state and federal regulations, maintaining accurate records and documentation. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the agency team to support overall agency growth and success, sharing best practices and contributing to a positive office environment. Qualifications: Licensing: A current New York State insurance license is preferred. If not already licensed, we offer comprehensive support to help you obtain your license. Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales, particularly in insurance, financial services, or related fields, is highly desirable.
