We’re looking for a highly organized and hands-on Logistics Coordination Manager to lead the day-to-day operations at our warehouse facility.
As the Logistics Coordination Manager, you will be the operational heartbeat of our warehouse. You will oversee all inbound and outbound logistics, manage inventory control, streamline workflows, and lead a small but growing team. While the title emphasizes coordination and strategy, this is a roll-up-your-sleeves leadership role that requires someone who’s not afraid to be on the floor ensuring excellence in execution.
**Warehouse Operations**
Manage daily receiving, storage, and shipping operations with attention to accuracy, safety, and efficiency
Ensure proper handling and storage of temperature-sensitive, high-value meat products
Implement SOPs to minimize shrinkage and optimize picking/packing workflows
Coordinate LTL and FTL shipments with external carriers and internal dispatch systems
Team Leadership
Supervise warehouse associates, drivers, and temporary labor
Lead hiring, training, and shift scheduling
Create a culture of accountability and teamwork through real-time coaching and clear expectations

**Inventory & Logistics Coordination**Oversee inventory management software and cycle counts to maintain 99%+ accuracy
Collaborate with purchasing and sales teams to align product availability with demand
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards (USDA, HACCP, etc.)
Serve as the point of contact for logistics partners and resolve delivery issues swiftly
Facilities & Compliance
Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready facility
Enforce safety standards and conduct regular inspections
Monitor and report KPIs related to warehouse performance
