A specialty coffee, curated tea, and pastry space in Astoria—built as an afterhours haven for craft, creativity, and intentional moments. We are a small, detail-driven space focused on quality, consistency, and thoughtful execution. From dialing in espresso to developing house-made syrups and carefully composed drinks, everything we serve is rooted in precision and intention. Our goal is to create a calm, welcoming environment where guests can slow down and enjoy high-quality coffee and tea. We are looking for a barista who aligns with this mindset—full-time/ part-time. What we are looking for (preferred): Weekend Availability (Required) Knowledge in handling espresso machines, basic latte art and pour overs skills preferred. Friendly, outgoing and willing to learn. Food Handlers License (required or obtained within 30 days after employment). This is not a fast-paced, volume-first environment. We prioritize care over speed, refinement over shortcuts, and consistency over convenience. Barista: $18-20 /hour + tips
