Job Description The Events Manager will oversee the planning and execution of large-scale events and donor-facing experiences. This role requires a highly organized professional who can manage multiple moving parts, build strong relationships, and deliver seamless events from concept through completion. Key Responsibilities Event Planning & Execution • Oversee full lifecycle event planning, from initial concept through post-event wrap-up, • Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, vendor partnerships, scheduling, and on-site execution, • Act as the main point of contact for vendors, sponsors, venues, and external partners, • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on event goals, • Develop detailed timelines, production schedules, and event plans, • Monitor deadlines, deliverables, and budgets across multiple events simultaneously, • Support fundraising initiatives connected to events, including donor engagement activities, • Help design and execute high-quality experiences for donors and special guests, • Ensure events reflect the organization’s brand and mission Qualifications Experience: • 4–7+ years of experience managing events, preferably large-scale or multi-day programs, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (required), • Strong communication skills, particularly when working with high-level stakeholders, • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, • Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented, • Bachelor’s degree preferred Additional Details • Role may require travel depending on event schedule, • Flexibility needed for evenings or weekends during event execution Perks • Opportunity to lead high-visibility events and donor experiences, • Collaborative, mission-driven work environment, • Exposure to large-scale event strategy and execution, • Competitive hourly compensation and benefits eligibility Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
