Job Description About Us: We are a premier pool design and construction company based in Airmont, NY. We pride ourselves on building high-quality custom pools and outdoor living spaces. We are looking for a reliable, organized, and mobile Field Operations Coordinator to bridge the gap between our office and our job sites. The Role: You will be the "eyes and ears" of the company in the field. Your main goal is to ensure projects are built to spec, sites are kept clean, and communication flows smoothly between the crew, the office, and the homeowner. You will be visiting multiple job sites daily (within a ~1 hour radius of Airmont). Key Responsibilities: • Site Management & Quality Control: Visit active job sites to verify construction progress. accurate measurements against engineering plans and blueprints., • Reporting: Log daily activities, upload site photos, and input progress notes into our project management software., • Client Communication: Act as the on-site point of contact for homeowners. Professionally handle questions and communicate any on-site changes or "change orders" back to the office immediately., • Logistics & Materials: Run errands to pick up materials/parts and deliver them to crews to keep production moving., • Site Maintenance: Ensure job sites are left safe, clean, and organized at the end of the day., • Administrative Support: Collect packing slips and receipts from the field and submit them to the office for job costing., • Field Support: Assist with general day-to-day operational tasks to help the construction crews succeed. Requirements: • Transportation: Must own a reliable vehicle and possess a valid Driver’s License. You must be willing to drive to various sites throughout the day (Rockland, Bergen, Westchester, etc.)., • Construction Knowledge: Previous experience in pools, landscaping, masonry, or general construction is highly preferred. Ability to read a tape measure and basic plans is required., • Communication Skills: Must be comfortable speaking with homeowners and enforcing standards with crews., • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using smartphone apps/tablets for logging data and sending emails., • Physical Ability: Able to lift 50+ lbs (materials) and walk through active construction sites (mud, uneven terrain, etc.)
