Staff & Provider Oversight
- Serve as the primary administrative authority enforcing strict policy compliance.
- Hold medical providers and support staff accountable to scheduling timelines.
- Manage team performance directly, addressing inefficiencies swiftly and firmly.
Growth & Patient Experience
- Deliver elite, warm, and highly professional phone and in-person patient interactions.
