A Day in the Life of the Direct Sales Representative- Residential: We offer a $38,778.69 base with a commission plan that allows you the freedom to exceed quota! The Direct Sales Representative is responsible for acquiring new customers for a top telecommunications company in the region. Astound Broadband powered by Wave provides a competitive base salary, uncapped commissions, paid training, excellent benefit packages including 401k, generous paid time off plans, mileage reimbursement and a company issued cell phone. The direct sales representative will build relationships with residential customers within our serviceable footprint.
