Position Overview
This is a 1099 Independent Contractor opportunity, not an employment position. Contractors operate independently and are responsible for finding and servicing their own clients using the SolidWay Mobile Services brand, systems, and guidelines.
From time to time, SolidWay may offer overflow or contracted jobs, but work is not guaranteed. This opportunity is ideal for self-starters who want flexibility, ownership, and performance-based earnings without starting a brand from scratch.
Compensation
Commission-based pay per job completed
Income is based entirely on jobs sourced and completed by the contractor
Contractors keep a majority percentage per job (details discussed during onboarding)
Tips and upsells belong to the contractor
No hourly or salary pay
Responsibilities
Source and secure your own clients
Perform mobile services including:
Auto detailing
Pressure washing
Window cleaning
Trash bin cleaning
Provide high-quality, professional service
Manage your own schedule and workload
Communicate professionally with clients
Follow SolidWay Mobile Services branding and service standards
Maintain your own tools, equipment, and transportation
Requirements
Must be 18 years or older
Reliable transportation
Smartphone for communication and scheduling
Ability to work independently and outdoors
Self-motivated and comfortable generating your own business
Ability to meet local licensing and insurance requirements (if applicable)
Preferred (Not Required)
Prior experience in detailing, pressure washing, or exterior cleaning
Sales, door-to-door, or client acquisition experience
Existing customer base is a plus
