Key Responsibilities Consult with clients to understand their hair goals, preferences, and desired styles. Perform professional haircuts, trims, blowouts, styling, and finishing services. Provide hair coloring services, including root touch-ups, highlights, balayage, toning, and other color treatments as qualified. Perform hair treatments such as deep conditioning, smoothing, repair, and other salon-approved services. Style hair for everyday looks, special occasions, events, and photoshoots as needed. Recommend appropriate hairstyles, treatments, and hair-care products based on the client's hair type and condition. Maintain high standards of hair care, cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation. Properly sanitize and maintain styling tools, equipment, and workstations. Keep up with current hairstyles, hair-color techniques, products, and beauty trends. Maintain accurate knowledge of salon products and explain proper home-care routines to clients. Provide professional advice while ensuring client expectations are clearly understood. Handle client feedback and concerns professionally and respectfully. Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming, and professional salon environment. Manage appointments and complete services efficiently while maintaining quality. Work collaboratively with other salon team members to ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities Lash Services Perform professional eyelash extension services, including classic, hybrid, and volume applications. Conduct client consultations to understand preferences and recommend suitable lash styles. Safely apply, maintain, refill, and remove eyelash extensions. Assess natural lashes and select appropriate lengths, curls, and thicknesses. Provide proper aftercare instructions to clients. Maintain clean, sanitized, and organized lash tools and workstations. Nail Services Perform manicures, pedicures, gel polish, nail extensions, and nail enhancements as required. Create clean, polished, and detailed nail designs based on client preferences. Shape, buff, and prepare natural nails properly before applying products. Safely remove gel, acrylic, or other nail enhancements. Recommend appropriate nail care products and aftercare routines. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation for all tools and equipment.
