As a Customer Service Associate (CSA), you are the friendly face that puts the wow in Wawa by greeting and serving our customers. Our CSAs are proud to be part of a beloved brand that is committed to putting people first, doing the right thing, and making every day a little brighter. What you'll do: • Greet and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met both quickly and courteously., • Prepare food items such as our delicious breakfast items, built-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas as well keeping our coffee station clean and organized., • Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, as well as assist with lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products., • Ensure our stores are well-stocked and that our shelves remain fresh, full, and inviting., • Help keep our stores clean and safe by following all established policy, procedures, and guidelines., • We are committed to offering inclusive, meaningful benefits and rewards that support our Associates financially, physically, and emotionally. The hourly range for this position is $15.00 - $18.75 and is commensurate with position, experience, and location. Associates in this position will receive a $1.50 shift differential for hours worked between 12am - 6am.
