What You'll Do • Lead all Housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, public areas, overnight cleaning, laundry operations, and pool attendants., • Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction throughout the property., • Recruit, train, coach, develop, and motivate housekeeping leaders and hourly team members., • Manage labor costs, productivity, scheduling, payroll, inventories, and departmental budgets., • Conduct daily inspections, VIP room inspections, and operational walkthroughs., • Partner closely with Front Office, Engineering, Food & Beverage, Sales, and Executive Leadership teams., • Maintain compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and brand service expectations., • Drive employee engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement within the department., • Oversee departmental purchasing, inventory control, and capital planning.
