Answer phones, manage deliveries/pick-ups, and assist customers at the counter. Perform bagging, tagging, and quality control duties. Operate the POS system for transactions and customer orders. Knowledge of garment care and ability to provide expert advice to customers. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
