Minimum Qualifications:, • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or equivalent work experience, • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in a marketing, agency or promotional setting, • Experience in the cannabis industry., • Must be enthusiastic, engaging, cannabis-savvy, well organized and self-motivated., • Ability to communicate in an informative and professional manner., • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills., • Able to work both independently and collaboratively., • Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment with a positive attitude., • Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to build relationships and collaborate across all levels of the organization and with external agency partners., • Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and be results-oriented., • Knowledge of Microsoft software applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point), • Have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle., • Available to work some evenings and weekends.Physical & Environmental Requirements:, • Ability to work a minimum of 8 hours a day and rotating shifts;, • Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays;, • Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds;, • Ability to sit, squat, bend, and kneel repetitively throughout a work day;, • Ability to stand for extended periods of time;, • Ability and willingness to work in the following conditions:, • General office environment;, • Extended computer usage; Powered by JazzHR qtRBpU8CMD
