The Role: Reporting to the General Manager, the Maintenance worker plays a crucial role in ensuring the optimal functionality, safety, and aesthetic of the restaurant. Responsibilities include: Conducts daily property walkthroughs identifying maintenance needs. Performing preventative maintenance on building systems, including plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and control systems, ensuring compliance with brand standards for quality & performance. Maintaining and identifying facility systems and components relating to plumbing, electrical systems, door hardware, and HVAC systems. Conducting regular inspections of equipment to identify and address maintenance issues promptly. Coordinating maintenance of kitchen equipment and ensures a safe and optimal operation. Repair projects as needed and compliance with facility maintenance standards. Maintaining record of preventative maintenance and repair activities to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
