Sexual Assault Victim Attorney Location: White Plains, NY (In-Person) License Required: New York Experience: 2–5 years (Personal Injury with Sexual Abuse Focus) Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate, driven, and experienced Sexual Assault Victim Attorney to advocate for survivors of sexual abuse and assault. This role is ideal for an attorney who is passionate about trauma-informed advocacy and has hands-on experience litigating sexual abuse or assault cases within a personal injury framework. The ideal candidate will be licensed in New York, reside in or near the White Plains, NY area, and have 2–5 years of relevant litigation experience representing survivors against individuals, institutions, or corporate defendants.
