o What, if anything, is getting in the way?
About the Position:
• Parttime, flexible, approximately 20 per week to start
• $20 to $25 per hour; credit bearing options (for internships) also available
• This is an on-site position
Responsibilities:
• We are willing to train the right candidate
• Drafting the various petitions, affidavits, etc. required for Probate and Administration
• Drafting Estate Plan Documents, including Revocable Living Trusts, Wills, Powers of Attorney, etc.
• Direct Communication with clients, collecting information and documents, and getting/giving status
• Providing feedback on the Firm’s Standard Operating procedures, runbooks, and checklist so that they are complete, accurate, and efficient
