What You'll Be Doing: • Assisting customers with loading materials and filling orders., • Directing customers to the appropriate areas of the yard., • Reading invoices and order tags to ensure accurate order fulfillment., • Helping maintain a safe, organized, and efficient yard., • Stocking lumber and building materials., • Communicating with team members using radios and other tools., • Safely operating forklifts and equipment (training available for the right candidate)., • Working together with coworkers to keep operations running smoothly., • Helping solve customer questions and concerns with a positive attitude. What We're Looking For: • Previous yard, warehouse, construction, lumber, landscaping, delivery, or outdoor labor experience is helpful but not required., • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn., • Ability to work effectively as part of a team., • Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset., • Ability to follow directions and work safely., • Forklift experience is a plus, but not required. Physical Requirements: • Working outdoors in varying weather conditions., • Standing, walking, and moving throughout the day., • Loading and unloading materials., • Operating equipment and machinery safely., • Occasionally lifting and carrying up to 60 pounds., • Working around moving equipment and vehicles in a busy yard environment.
