Heyer Gruel & Associates, a well-established consulting firm in Red Bank, NJ, is seeking a reliable and organized part-time receptionist/office clerk (avg 30 hours per week) to join our office team. What We’re Looking For:
· Dependable, self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
· Excellent multitasker who can prioritize tasks efficiently
· Experience in a small professional consulting environment (Engineering, Architecture, Law, Planning) is a plus
· Pleasant phone manners and professional communication skills
· Proficient with Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Key Responsibilities:
· Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate team members
· Assisting the office manager and staff with various tasks such as putting together proposals, printing, binding, scanning, typing, mailing, inventory management
· Running errands as needed
· Troubleshooting general office issues (phones, computers, printers, etc.)
