We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Administrator to manage and execute all aspects of our payroll operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and maintenance of meticulous payroll records. This role is crucial for ensuring our employees are compensated correctly and our financial records are impeccable.

Key Responsibilities:
Process bi-weekly or monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and tax laws.
Calculate and process bonuses, commissions, and other special payments.
Manage employee deductions, garnishments, and benefits contributions.
Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve employee payroll queries in a timely and professional manner.
Prepare and submit payroll reports to management and relevant authorities.
Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data within the payroll system.
Assist with year-end payroll activities, including W-2 preparation and distribution.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or in a similar financial role.
Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and general accounting principles.
Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., ADP, QuickBooks Payroll, or similar) and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with employees and management.
