We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing schedules, handling communications, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Organizing and maintaining files and records.
  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and other communications.
  • Assisting with travel arrangements and expense reports.
  • Performing general office duties and errands as needed.
  • Supporting special projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to anticipate needs.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
