I am willing to train someone that is willing to give it their best but must know tools and how to use them . You will work side by side with me and learn . I need someone motivated and Realible . I do not care what you do out of work but when your on the clock please be punctual, sober, Realible. Work day is 8.5 hours you will get paid for 8 hours and half hour is a unpaid lunch break. We will do overtime some days and it is time and a half pay . We will also work weekends which is considered overtime not all the time but sometimes we will .   Job Description Position Overview We are seeking a hardworking Floor Laborer with hands-on experience in hardwood floor sanding and refinishing. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail‐oriented, and capable of working efficiently in a fast‐paced environment. Applicants MUST have experience as a floor sander. If you do not have sanding experience, this position is not a fit. Responsibilities • Perform hardwood floor sanding using professional sanding equipment, • Assist with floor preparation, staining, coating, and finishing, • Operate big machines, buffers, edgers, and other flooring tools safely and effectively, • Maintain clean and organized job sites, • Load/unload materials and equipment, • Follow instructions from crew leaders and complete tasks on schedule, • Communicate professionally with customers and team members Requirements • Experience as a floor sander is REQUIRED, • Knowledge of sanding machines, big machines, buffers, and finishing techniques, • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods, • Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship, • Reliable transportation to work, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, • Must be punctual, responsible, and safety‐minded Preferred (Not Required) • Experience with water‐based and oil‐based finishes, • Experience with floor repairs or installation, • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Benefits • Competitive pay based on experience, • Consistent year‐round work, • Opportunities for advancement, • Supportive team environment

  Job Description Looking for Foreman / Supervisor, that has construction, debris removal and general cleaning experience. They MUST be a problem solver, with the ability to stay within budget. They must be able to supervise/run projects simultaneously, even pitching in order to complete projects on time. They must be a leader in this field and be prepared to train others for success of projects. They must communicate well with the Owners / Project Representatives and other employees. They must know how to stay in constant contact with all parties involved in projects. They must have writing skills for managing paperwork and scheduling work activity. They are responsible for maintaining supplies, equipment, inventory, company vehicles and researching new technology. They must be an advocate for the business and is expected to gather new leads and generate new business/contracts. They must be bilingual; the ability to use two languages with equal fluency. They must have a valid driver's license to drive company vehicles and maintain them. They are responsible for surveying/ take pictures of all new work requests.
