Dr. Osafradu Opam Neurology Clinic is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis to perform EMG and NCV testing, as well as initial patient evaluations under the direct supervision of a neurologist.
Position: PA – Neurology (EMG/NCV and VNG Focus)
Schedule: 2–3 days per week (flexible based on availability)
Compensation: $100 per hour
Training Support: The clinic can assist with EMG certification if not already obtained
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting EMG and NCV and VNG studies
- Performing structured initial assessments
- Collaborating closely with supervising neurologist
- Ensuring high-quality patient care and documentation

Assists in the monthly inspection of the patient care units and the Pharmacy., 7. Maintains adequate medication supply in individual work area., 8. Participates in Pharmacy staff in-services and meetings relating to Systemwide and/or health care setting programs., 9. Operates and troubleshoots automated dispensing systems, as needed., 10. Advises prescribers on alternatives for non-formulary drugs., 11. Utilizes Outpatient and Inpatient computerized systems to enter and access patient care information., 12. Coordinates and analyzes statistics and/or clinical data., 13. Participates in quality management and utilization review programs., 14. May coordinate the work of a small group to accomplish a project or assignment., 15. May participate in the preparation and review of policies and procedures., 16. Possession of a valid NY State license to practice pharmacy. For Level II: In addition to meeting the qualification requirements of the lower level: 1. Two years of post licensure experience; or, 2. Completion of a post graduate specialty residency or fellowship program; or, 3. Current Pharmacy Board Certification. For Level III: In addition to meeting the qualification requirements of the lower levels, an additional: 1. One year of post licensure supervisory experience or specialty clinical experience.
