Some hands-on assistance may be required. • Attain and maintain Approved Medication Administration Personnel (AMAP) certification (full-time and part-time positions only), and administer medication when required. • Implement goal methodologies, collect accurate data and accurately complete paperwork. • Communicate effectively with individuals served, team members, families, visitors, and others. • Participate in the planning and implementation of recreational activities. • Implement daily operations of the assigned residence. • Ensure all required documentation is accurately completed including but not limited to data, daily logs, and incident reports, • Attain and maintain certification in all mandatory training. • Perform SCIP-R, CPR, and First Aid as required; intervene and assist with behavioral issues. • Demonstrates knowledge of and attends to the medical, physical, psychological, and health needs of the individuals as required. • Ensure the safety of individuals in everyday situations as well as environmental emergencies. • Drive Agency vehicles to transport individuals, e.g. community outings, medical appointments, etc. • Prepare and cook meals according to the individual nutritional plan. Shop for food items as needed and ensure leftover food is stored properly. Perform basic kitchen maintenance tasks such as but not limited to emptying the trash and washing dishes. • Adhere to a pre-determined weekly schedule, working the hours scheduled per workweek including weekends, overnights, holidays, day, and/or evening shifts. • Attend and actively participate in training programs and staff meetings. • Adhere to and promote the mission, culture, and practices of the Agency.

- Provide excellent customer service to all patrons of the Water Hazard Bar + Lounge - Monitor and uphold qualify of service and products, ensuring they meet the style, culture, and cuisine. - Adhere to food and safety guidelines - Address and resolve any issues related to customer service or product quality - Familiarize yourself and adopt training protocols and all food and beverage descriptions for staff - Oversee inventory, stock control, and reporting - Ensure all equipment is well-maintained, serviced, and troubleshoot as needed - Maintain clean working areas - Enforce zero tolerance policy regarding alcohol consumption on premises, documenting and reporting any policy violations to the General Manager - Schedule, supervise, and support staff - Provide additional support to team as needed during busy times - This is not a comprehensive list of responsibilities, which can change at any time at the discretion of your supervisor. - Previous experience as Shift Supervisor, Head Bartender, or similar role, hospitality industry preferred - Experience working as a bartender - Ability to maintain a professional and courteous manner - Understanding of industry safety standards - Ability to lead with integrity and approachability - Ability to work with a team - Strong communication skills - A flexible schedule and ability to work nights and weekends as needed - Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, such as being on your feet for long periods of time and lifting up to 60 pounds
